This is a basic level course (B1) which enables students to practise and improve their language skills in the most common work situations experienced by people who work in the customer service field, whether it is in a shop or a large commercial shopping areas.
AIMED TOWARDS
People who access Catalan from a work environment linked to customer service or who are seeking added training value in the Catalan course to facilitate their access to the job market.
