CONTEXT

By way of simulation tasks, this course provides students with the opportunity to use the necessary structures and vocabulary to have short professional telephone conversations.

AIMED TOWARDS

Professionals who answer the phone who do not know how to reply to customers in Catalan.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

To provide students with the basic resources to be able to hold a brief professional conversation on the telephone.

CONTENT

  • Start a telephone conversation, give an affirmative answer and divert the call.
  • Reply negatively to an incoming call.
  • Take a call for which there is no immediate answer.
