Administrative Communications (1, 2, 3)

Administrative Communications (1, 2, 3)

Both companies and government agencies generate administrative activity with the outside world (customers and users) and within the organisation itself. Administrative communications have their own language, characterised by formality, functionality and efficiency.

The course is adapted to current forms of communication, such as email, and works on informative documents that are often published on paper, but also on the Internet.

The content is organised on the basis of the texts students produce in their work environment.
