Application for a refund of the enrolment fee for adults’ Catalan courses offered by the Consortium for Language Normalisation.
Aimed towards
Students who have paid the enrolment fee for an adults’ Catalan course at the CPNL are entitled to a full or partial refund of the enrolment fee for organisational reasons attributable to the CPNL, and a partial reduction of the enrolment fee in the following cases:

INSS pensioners or pensioners of the non-working population

Large family
-
Single-parent family
-
People with disabilities
-
Unemployed people
-
Victims of terrorist acts
-
Gender violence victims
-
People in a precarious situation
Documentation
It is not necessary to provide additional documentation with the application if the CPNL is authorised to consult the personal data.
Requirements
In order to be entitled to a refund of the enrolment fee, it will be necessary to check that the applicant is properly enrolled on a CPNL Catalan course for adults and that they fulfil one of the following conditions:

INSS pensioners or pensioners of the non-working population

Member of a large family

Member of a single-parent family
-
People with disabilities
-
Unemployed people
-
Victims of terrorist acts
-
Gender violence victims
-
People in a precarious situation

Other reasons attributable to the Consortium for Language Normalisation (CPNL)

There are no fees associated to this procedure.

The total or partial refund of the amount paid as the enrolment fee for a CPNL Catalan course for adults.

Cancellation of the course due to Covid-19

Organisational circumstances attributable to the CPNL that prevent the course from taking place.

A person was entitled to a reduction of the enrolment fee when they enrolled but they did not request it.

They following people can apply for a 50% reduction:

INSS pensioners or pensioners of the non-working population (retired pensioners, or pensioners with permanent, total or absolute disability).

Members of general category large families
-
Members of general category single-parent families
-
People with a recognised disability of 33% or more

They following people may apply for a 70% reduction:

Unemployed people

Members of special category large families
-
Members of special category single-parent families
-
Victims of terrorist acts, their spouses and their children

Gender violence victims
-
People in a precarious situation

The enrolment code can be found on the payment document. It is a unique number that identifies the enrolment.
In the event the course you were enrolled on has been cancelled due to the current coronavirus situation, select ‘Course cancelled due to Covid-19’ in the Reasons for refund field of the application form.

You should contact the Consortium for Language Normalisation (CPNL).
The application may also be submitted in any of the places provided for in Article 38.4 of Act 30/1992, of 26 November, on the Legal Framework of Government Agencies and Common Administrative Procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the sole derogatory provision of Act 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Government Agencies.

Step 3 - Receive a reply from the government agency
What reply is received?
A bank transfer with the refund of the total or partial amount of the enrolment fee, within three months from the date the refund application is submitted.
