Who |
PLAUs are aimed at people responsible for writing texts and for oral and written communications sent by the entity. People interested in the plan must meet two requirements:
|
How |
Preliminary phase: a report is drawn up to explain the initial situation and the aspects to be worked on are agreed. Work phase: the texts are reviewed according to the agreed aspects and they are worked on with the user, either in person or online. Closing phase: a final report is drawn up to explain the development of the aspects that have been worked on, and improvement tips are provided. They are taught in five-hour blocks. |
